For the system's Tabular Indent style, the displayed title [versus the browser's title line, which can be customized as described here] can be customized via the website override, first rendering the existing title invisible, then placing a new title in its place--

For the current version of the system Punquin style, the title shown on the top browser bar cannot be modified. However, the journal title displayed on the page itself, within the navigation box on the left side of the displayed page, can be modified under the Punquin style. For the system's Generator style, if you would like to customize the displayed name on your most recent entries page (the name directly above the "userinfo|livejournal userinfo" and "calendar|livejournal calendar" links, and to the right of the default icon --if one is selected) but do not want to change the "name" associated with your journal ( Read more... )

To change the title that is displayed in the browser window's title bar, use the following override:
